The Gauntlet returns in 2025 with a smaller-scale competition designed to deliver high energy, tight scheduling, and a fun athlete experience — all in a compact format. Whether you're looking to test your off-season fitness or gear up for summer events, this is the perfect tune-up competition.

🔥 Format

  • This is a "Gauntlet" style event, meaning each team will complete 4 workouts in sequence within a 40-minute block.

  • F/F, M/M, or F/M teams

  • All teams compete in the same division regardless of gender mix

  • Workouts are designed to ensure fairness across team compositions
