TCSC offers classes for everyone. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey and have no background in group classes, all the way up to experience athletes looking to push the needle, we have a class for you.
TCSC ENGINE
TCSC ENGINE is a 45min Class designed to build your aerobic capacity (engine) by performing longer, less intense, sustainable workouts. These classes will primarily utilize monostructual movements (aka cardio) alongside other basic movements. The complexity of this program will be low, but be prepared to break a sweat!
TCSC SIXTY is a 60-minute class. Classes focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our SIXTY Classes are perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness and want a program that integrates the most principles off CrossFit training.
TCSC LIFT + MOVE is a 1-Hour class that combines strength training and conditioning into one highly effective program. Each day Lift & Move will tackle a strength/accessory component followed by a “metcon” workout. Participants will see a variety of pressing, squatting, pulling, bodyweight and "core" movements in this program.
In this 1-Hour Class, there will be stretching, mobilizing, light movement (yes, we will sweat a little bit), and other recovery methods to get you feeling ready to tackle the rest of your day, or rest of your week! The flavor of recovery methods (mobility, yoga etc.) will vary by the day and the coach, but be prepared to feel RECHARGED and great when you are done!
TCSC TEAMWOD
TeamWOD's are 60 minute Classes. We typically run these on Saturdays and Holidays. Workout tasks are shared by partners/small groups in a team environment. These are a lot of fun and tend to be a highlight of the week for many of our members.
