At TCSC we provide Group and Individual Programs in a fun and friendly environment. Our motto is JUST SHOW UP, as we celebrate each individuals achievements and success regardless of their level of fitness.

We're all on a different fitness journey, and at TCSC our community and our coaches will support and encourage you to become the person you strive to be.

Coached Group Classes

Our Workouts combine the benefits of a group (classes are social & supportive and keep you accountable) and are all run by a certified, relationship-driven coach. Our classes will guide you through a variety of Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility exercises with varied workouts each day.

Adult Group Classes

TCSC offers Coached Group Classes for Adults. There are a wide variety of Classes available for people of all levels of experience and fitness.

Youth Fitness Classes

TCSC offers Coached Group Classes for Youth. These classes are for ages 9-14 and teach the fundamentals of fitness.

Teen Fitness Classes

TCSC offers Coached Group Classes for Teens. These classes are for ages 13-17 and teach the fundamentals of fitness.

Your Health & Wellness Destination

Our facility also houses a wide variety of services to help you improve your health and wellness, including: Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Remote Coaching, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, RMT, Naturopathy, Kinesiology & Osteopathy.

Personal Training

If you're just getting started in your fitness journey, or need some extra personal attention, we can match you with a Personal Trainer who can help you achieve your goals. All our Personal Trainers are Qualified and Experienced to give you the right advice and guide you on your journey.

Sports Therapy

Our facility isn't just another gym. Under the same roof we provide a variety of Sports Therapy Services. This includes multiple Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, RMT's, a Nutritionist, Naturopath & Kinesiologist. 


Remote Coaching

We know that not everyone can make it to the gym on a regular basis. Whether you're working out at a camp, or your schedule doesn't allow you to make classes. Our remote coaching will ensure your fitness doesn't suffer as a result of your lifestyle.


Nutrition Coaching

We all know that Fitness is only a part of your health Journey. Nutrition is another vital component that is often overlooked.
