TCSC Express (30 Mins)
TCSC EXPRESS is a 30-minute class. Classes focus on improving general health and fitness of our athletes through high intensity, short-duration workouts. Workouts always incorporate simple potent yet straightforward movements. No experience or skill level is required to join EXPRESS Classes, just the desire to work hard, have fun and break a sweat!
TCSC SIXTY is a 60-minute class. Classes focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.
*Completion of one of our Starter Pack Memberships or previous is experience is required
Our passions are fitness, physical activity and health. We believe that offering Youth Fitness is an excellent way for kids to experience the excitement of a fitness/strength program, enhance sport performance and embrace an active lifestyle.
TeamWOD's are 45 minute Classes. We typically run these on Saturdays and Holidays. Workout tasks are shared by partners/small groups in a team environment. These are a lot of fun and tend to be a highlight of the week for many of our members.
TCSC Teen Fitness are 60-minute sessions and builds on the skills and habits developed in TCSC Youth Fitness. A focus of these sessions is learning more advanced skills and acting as an eventual bridge into adult classes. Teamwork and a positive workout environment are also emphasized. *Teens aged 15+ can also attend our Adult EXPRESS Classes with this membership (with coach approval).
