FRIDAY DECEMBER 4th to SATURDAY DECEMBER 5th
TEAMS OF 3 CrossFit Competition at TCSC Kamloops

Teams can be FFF, MMM, FMM, or FFM and will compete against each other regardless of composition. Workouts are designed to ensure fairness across all team combinations.

Join us for the 3rd Annual TCSC Trifecta, a one-day functional fitness competition where the opening event acts as a Sorter, ranking teams into tiers for the rest of the competition.

After the Sorter, teams are placed into tiers and will compete in race-style “for time” events for the rest of the day. These will feel like Competitive / Intermediate / Recreational workouts (similar to our Gauntlet or Classic), but programmed with the goal that every team can showcase their skills and finish before any TimeCaps!

  • Tier 1: Competitive-level teams
  • Tier 2: Intermediate-level teams
  • Tier 3: Recreational-level teams

Podiums & Prizes

  • Tier Qualification Prizes: Every team that qualifies into a tier earns a prize pack. Higher tiers receive bigger packs.
  • Podium Prizes: Each tier has its own podium competition with scaled prize pools. Every team has something to chase all day long.
