2026 TCSC Golf Tournament

🏌️‍♂️ TCSC Golf Tournament 2026 – Kamloops Scramble Event + Dinner

Bighorn Golf Course at Sun Rivers
2:00pm Shotgun Start | Teams of 4 – Scramble Format
Dinner & Prizes to Follow at Mason’s

The TCSC Golf Tournament is coming to Kamloops this summer, and we’re inviting our entire community to join in for a fun, social, and low-pressure day on the course. Whether you’re a longtime member, a friend of the gym, or just love golf — this one’s for you!

Since the Tournament Capital Classic moved to June, we wanted to offer something a little more casual to close out the summer. This will be the perfect opportunity to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon outdoors — with minimal pressure and maximum fun.

🏌️ Format for the TCSC Golf Tournament:

• Teams of 4 – Scramble Style
• Shotgun start at 1:00pm
• Designed for all skill levels — fast, friendly, and fun
• Buffet dinner and prize presentation to follow at Mason’s Kitchen + Bar

New to scramble format? Everyone tees off, you pick the best shot, and all four players play their next shot from that spot. Rinse and repeat — it's a great way to keep the game light, fast, and enjoyable for all skill levels.

🍽️ What’s for Dinner?

After your round, enjoy a premium **Chef’s Buffet** featuring:

• 4 Fresh Salads
• 2 Seasonal Vegetables
• 2 Starch Options
• 2 Mains
• 1 Vegetarian Main
• Chef’s Carving Station with Roast Beef, Ham, or Pork Loin — served with mustards and gravy

Also included:
• Fresh breads with butter
• Chef-prepared pickled vegetables
• Fruit platter
• Petite desserts and bite-sized sweets

Drinks are not included, but you’re welcome to order anything you’d like at the bar!

👥 Who Can Participate?

The TCSC Golf Tournament is open to anyone — TCSC members, family, friends, and non-members. Whether you’re bringing a stacked team or just hoping to meet new people, you’re welcome here. If you don’t have a full team of 4, no problem — sign up solo or as a duo and we’ll build your group for you.

📝 HOW TO REGISTER:

✅ Have a full team of 4 ready?

Only one person (Team Captain) needs to register and submit full payment on behalf of the group.

🙋‍♂️ Don’t have a full team?

Note: Spots are limited. Registration is first come, first served.

We are not profiting from this event — just facilitating the people! Your registration will cover your full round of golf, dinner, and prize contributions. Simple as that.

⏳ Limited Spots Available:

We’re currently capped at 12 teams (48 players), but depending on interest, we may be able to increase that. There’s already a lot of buzz in the gym, so don’t wait when the link goes live.
