Ireland first joined TCSC in 2019, initially to support her mom’s fitness journey. At the time, she was competing at a high level in Highland Dance and discovered that regular TCSC classes were instrumental in achieving one of her long-time goals: representing British Columbia.
During the pandemic, her passion shifted from competitive dance to competitive CrossFit, with Kent’s unwavering drive and leadership during COVID serving as a major source of inspiration.
Ireland earned her CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2017 for personal growth but took her love for fitness a step further by becoming a coach in 2023. A proud 2023 high school graduate, she has been part of the TCSC team since grade 10, steadily increasing her responsibilities and contributions.
Through her journey, Ireland has become a version of herself she never thought possible, embracing growth and self-improvement. She finds immense joy in guiding others through similar transformations, helping them become their best selves. Having experienced firsthand how impactful a phenomenal class and training experience can be, Ireland strives to ensure that her sessions are filled with the same energy, encouragement, and life-changing impact that helped shape her own journey.
For Ireland, TCSC isn’t just a workplace; it’s a second home, and she’s incredibly grateful for the community that surrounds her.
