Congratulations to our local TCSC members who went down to Penticton this weekend to compete at the Okanagan Valley Throwdown! Outstanding performances and support of each other on both days. A barrage of Clean + Jerks (within a complex, and the cleans were hang cleans! 🤯) and a few podium finishes were among many highlights. Way to go! Looking forward to see many TCSC Members compete at our Gauntlet on April 7th and our @tournamentcapitalclassic in August!
