What is your favorite movements?
Bicep Curls, Rowing, Wall Balls.
What is your LEAST favorite movements?
Squat snatch, Overhead squats, Turkish get ups.
What is your favourite benchmark workout ?
21-15-9 Reps for time
This was the first workout I ever did at CrossFit. It decimated me and that's what made me want to keep coming back.
How do you feel about meeting the 1000+ workouts with us?
Extremely proud. I set a goal this year to be more consistent and finally get into the committed club. I'm on track to meet my goal of being in the committed club.
What motivates you to keep coming back?
The community. I feel incredibly happy to workout in such a great community. This isn't just my gym, it's my social circle. I love celebrating everyone's victories and PR's.
My motivation comes from within, but it never hurts to have some friendly competition within a WOD or open gym.
What is your favorite thing about TCSC?
It's a fantastic facility, but more than that the people who make it function, the coaches, and the staff are great. It really all comes back to the community and the people.
