Congratulations 🎉 to TCSC Kamloops' latest member, Ashley Cox for hitting our “1000 Level” in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts at TCSC Kamloops (for some, it doesn’t even include dates where “checking in” wasn’t enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track!). We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community. 👏🏻

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE "BENCHMARK" WORKOUT?

I don't really have a favorite benchmark workout. I love chipper-style workouts the most.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT DOING 1000+ WORKOUTS WITH US?

It feels pretty good. I've set a timeline a couple of times to reach this milestone, but unfortunately, health challenges prevented me from reaching them. It has taken me longer than I thought it would, but I made it. I'm proud of myself for just showing up.

WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?

I enjoy chatting it up in class and catching up with people. Everyone is so friendly. I also love the variety of options for classes.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC?

I really enjoy coaching and seeing how people surprise themselves with their capabilities all the time. It brings me so much joy
