Congratulations 🎉 to our latest member hitting our “1000 Level” in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts with us (for some, it doesn’t even include dates where “checking in” wasn’t enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track! I am thankful to be healthy. I believe we should use our bodies in many diverse ways, which our TCSC playground allows
WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
Being able to simply follow programming that is fully adaptable to my level in every movement. Progress is inevitable. Just show up.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC?
Knowing that TCSC workouts always make me physically and mentally healthier, I don't feel guilty about doing something just for myself for an hour.
