We currently have about 25 members at TCSC that are at or above our "1000 Level" in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts with us (for some, it doesn't even include dates where "checking in" wasn't enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track! We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community.

1. Movement is medicine for me. I need keep my body moving in order to feel good.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC?
Community. There is no way I would have lasted at the gym as long as I have if it wasn't for the amazing group of people here. I enjoy showing up at the gym, having a skilled coach show me exactly what to do, and have fellow gym members to laugh and compete with as we push each other through the workout.
