We currently have about 25 members at TCSC that are at or above our "1000 Level" in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts with us (for some, it doesn't even include dates where "checking in" wasn't enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track! We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community.

WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
I'm motivated to functionally be a stronger human. Playing with the kids, carrying groceries, going for a hike... it's all easier when I consistently show up. It's exciting to see what my body is capable of! Getting exercise regularly also plays a big part in my mental health.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC?
It's a friendly and supportive environment. I like that I just need to show up and will be guided through safe and effective workouts.
