Check out the video to hear about Aaron Bielby's Success Story! Aaron has always enjoyed fitness, but a hectic work/shift schedule at the mine makes it difficult to make time for regular exercise. Aaron has been doing personal training sessions with Coach Kent since January - many of them at 4:00am to make things work for Aaron's schedule. Aaron has lost over 20 pounds, PR'd pretty much every lift, learned how to Olympic lift, climb a rope... to name a few accomplishments! Aaron also squeezes some of our classes in when he can and finds the hybrid of a personal coach and our supportive classes the perfect mix for what he needs! Way to go Aaron!
