At TCSC, our three class programs - SIXTY, LIFT AND MOVE, and ENGINE - are the heartbeat of our thriving fitness community. Each program has a unique focus: 

  • SIXTY: Our 60-minute classes offer a blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning, reflecting the core principles of our fitness philosophy. 
  • LIFT AND MOVE: This 60-minute class maintains a potent combination of strength and conditioning while eliminating some of the complex movements found in SIXTY. This approach lowers the learning curve, ensuring a more accessible fitness experience, without sacrificing the intensity. 
  • ENGINE: This 45-minute class focuses on boosting your aerobic capacity through longer, sustainable workouts featuring monostructural movements (think cardio) and fundamental exercises. 

6 Additional Tracks: Evolve Your Fitness, Expand Your Options 

But, we understand your hunger for more. You're looking to deepen your fitness journey, explore new territories, and dive further into the world of functional training. That's why we've crafted six additional tracks to not only complement our class programs but also stand alone as unique fitness experiences, each catering to a different facet of your fitness persona. 

Each track has its own distinct flavor: 

  • "Bolster": This add-on program emphasizes core strength, joint health, and accessory work, available 3-5 times a week. It perfectly complements any program, enhancing your longevity and performance. 
  • "O2": Dive into specialized aerobic and interval work with sessions available 2-3 times a week. Enhance your endurance, pacing, and cardiovascular health. 
  • "Mobile Muscle": Tailored for those on the go, this program offers minimal equipment options, available 3-4 times a week. Whether you're traveling or working out in a hotel room, you can sculpt a well-rounded physique. 
  • "Meat Department": For bodybuilding enthusiasts who love functional equipment, this program is available 4-6 times a week. It's all about building muscle and embracing the diversity of equipment found in our fitness space. 
  • "Barbell": Hone your Olympic weightlifting skills with drills and dedicated practice. Available 3 times a week, it's your dedicated space for enhancing technique, positioning, and timing. 
  • "TCSC 88": This track is designed to complement our SIXTY program, offering a variety of skills, drills, and sometimes an extra WOD to do in Open Gym. The periodization/flow is less rigid than our other tracks, but it's a great way to fill in the blanks or just add some extra fun to your fitness journey.
