Get ready to take a big bite out of fitness with our upcoming "Bull Shark" Cycle in the Meat Department! Meat Department is crafted for those with an appetite for the kind of free weight equipment typically found in CrossFit and garage gyms but love bodybuilding-style workouts. In this 10-Week program, you'll be feasting on workouts that heavily feature barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, pull-up bars and an air bike or similar cardio machine.

Here's what the "Bull Shark" Cycle has in store:

  • Mondays – Back Squats, Strict Pull-Ups, Lower Body: A powerhouse start to your week focusing on a classic “Leg Day” Monday.
  • Tuesdays – Bench Press, Arms/Shoulders, “Jackedness” AMRAPs: Hone your upper body strength with bench presses and arm workouts, finished off with “Jackedness” AMRAPs.
  • Wednesdays – Steady “O2” Workout / Recovery: Steady workouts from our “O2” track will be placed here, designed for rejuvenation and endurance.
  • Thursdays – Deadlifts, Back, Lower Body: Strengthen your back and lower body with focused deadlift sessions. And of course, we can't forget about calves!
  • Friday – Strict Press, Arms/Shoulders: Cap off your week by targeting arms and shoulders with strict presses.
  • Saturday – Bolster Work + Power/Short Metcon: Engage in bolstering exercises followed by a high-intensity, short Metcon for a dynamic and powerful end to the week.
  • Sunday – REST: A well-deserved rest day to recover and prepare for the week ahead.

Core work will be strategically integrated on various days each week to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive strengthening experience. 🦈💪
