We foster a love of fitness and an active lifestyle, and help young adults develop the self-confidence to make good decisions in all areas of life. Our focus is on coaching - guiding, mentoring and encouraging. Coaching is what we do! 

We are most proud of creating a community of like-minded people of all ages – a place where it’s cool to workout, talk about health and encourage others to do their best. With our community-building focus, we are the place to learn life skills and friendships that will be carried on forever.

TCSC Teen Fitness are 60-minute sessions and builds on the skills and habits developed in TCSC Youth Fitness. A focus of these sessions is learning more advanced skills and acting as an eventual bridge into adult classes. Teamwork and a positive workout environment are also emphasized. *Teens aged 15+ can also attend our Adult EXPRESS Classes with this membership (with coach approval).v
