Mobility is the ability to ACTIVELY achieve all range of motions. In the class we will focus on much more than just stretching; we will train the ability to get into those end ranges and get strong in them. Overall this helps with your lifting and other activities in life as well as maintaining injury free. Sometimes it may feel like you are trying to hit a max deadlift but you will leave being able to feel comfortable in positions that you weren't coming into the session.
