What is your favorite movements?
Dead Lifts, back squats, power cleans
What is your LEAST favorite movements?
Burpees and running
What is your favourite benchmark workout ?
Cindy
20 minute AMRAP
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squats
All movements that are achievable for my level of fitness.
Modifications as needed for pull-ups, such a bands.
How do you feel about meeting the 1000+ workouts with us?
Never through I would reach this goal. Looking forward to the next “1000”! Have a locked in contact till I am 80. Lol.
What drives you to keep coming back? What motivates you?
The early morning crew. I enjoy starting the day with a boost of energy that i receive from the wods. Building on strength and mobility is key for my health journey. Appreciate the guidance from the coaches.
What is your favorite thing about TCSC?
The community is one of my favorite things about TCSC.
The members are always supportive of your accomplishments and cheer you on when you need encouragement to finish a WOD. And the first bumps at the end of the WOD!
