Sometimes in life, you know you are better; other times, you realize you are the best. And, as far back as Kiah Marshall can remember, she has never doubted her competency as a competitive dancer. However, in 2018, she decided she had reached the apex of her vibrant dancing career, and it was time to move to the next challenge. A natural athlete, Kiah took up martial arts and CrossFit. She instantly fell in love with the rigor and challenge of the sport, which cultivated in her a level of discipline she hadn’t known, a strong character, and fierce determination to get better every time she practised.
The more she indulged in the sports, the better she got, and a steaming romance brew between her and the sports. Most importantly, she relished the spirit of togetherness and a sense of community in the gym. Kiah’s passion for coaching is easily evident in how she supports and encourages her clients with compassion, going the extra mile to be a loyal cheerleader to every one of them. For Kiah, there is nothing more gratifying than watching her clients make good progress. In her spare time, Kiah enjoys learning more about physical health and exploring how to use the knowledge to coach her clients better.
