We currently have about 20 members at TCSC that are at or above our "1000 Level" in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts with us (for some, it doesn't even include dates where "checking in" wasn't enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track! We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community.

I like doing the Annie workout - I'm not super fast but I enjoy it.
