At TCSC We believe that offering Youth Fitness is an excellent way for kids to experience the excitement of a fitness/strength program, enhance sport performance and embrace an active lifestyle.
We are going to have a lot of fun every day: training, sweating, learning about how our bodies move, learning new fitness movements and other skills!
We run two different class types. One class is for younger youth, ages 9-14, and another is for Teens, ages 13-17.
During classes you can choose to either drop off your child for the hour, or you are welcome to watch from our upstairs viewing area. Our classes are all run by qualified and experienced coaches, so you can be sure that your child is well taken care of during their time at TCSC.
