We currently have about 30 members at TCSC that are at or above our "1000 Level" in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts with us. We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE "BENCHMARK" WORKOUT?
15 Air Squats
Enough variety in the three movements that muscle groups get rest. I can do the movements even if I have to band the pull-ups. And it's an AMRAP so you can go as hard or as light as you feel that day.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT DOING 1000+ WORKOUTS WITH US?
Proud. I wasn't sure I would stick with it this long.
WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
I keep improving. I’ve come a long way since I started. Push-ups and sit-ups are doable now. I can climb a rope. Toes to bar are almost there. I feel that regular work outs have become a key part of my overall health. Especially my mental health. Maintenance of my health motivates me. Also working out with my kids has become a great habit and motivates me as well.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC?
The friendly non-judgmental atmosphere. I'm a very quiet old guy who was never much of an athlete. I'm always cheerfully welcomed to class, never judged when I'm huffing and puffing and modifying the multiple things I still can't do and fist bumped when everyone is finished.
