TCSC Teen Fitness are 60-minute sessions and builds on the skills and habits developed in TCSC Youth Fitness. A focus of these sessions is learning more advanced skills and acting as an eventual bridge into adult classes. Teamwork and a positive workout environment are also emphasized. *Teens aged 15+ can also attend some of our Adult Classes with this membership (with coach approval).
