TCSC SIXTY is a 60-minute class. Classes focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our CrossFit Classes are perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness. In a 1-hour group class you will focus on:
A warm-up that is relevant to today’s Skill and Workout of the Day (WOD)
A "Skill" - which is dedicated time to improving our body's ability to move - with or without weight -depending on the day.
A WOD, which will be a combination of strength work, cardiovascular conditioning, skill-based conditioning, and/or accessory work
Mobility exercises to help with joint function and range of motion
