Sean studied Exercise Science at University and has worked as a personal trainer and coach for over 13 years. This experience has developed a broad and extensive range of knowledge through working with a wide variety of athletes and exploring different training modalities.
Sean is one of the most experienced CrossFit coaches in Western Canada. He has a plethora of experience preparing athletes for and coaching them through a variety of types of competition, including CrossFit as well as sport specific – weightlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, running, etc. Sean's athletes have excelled whether at the local level or at the CrossFit Games.
