The Bear Complex. Makes light weights feel so much heavier. Being under a barbell for that long is a fun feeling and forces you to do everything properly, breathing, technique, timing etc..

Competitions and overall fitness. Competitions give me something to prepare for and set goals for me to achieve. And I like it when people turn to me when something need to be moved.
