I feel pretty proud of myself! Before TCSC I never went to any gym or played sports so I'm proud of all the progress I've made over the years, and that I've stuck with it!
WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
The WODs are always fun, different and challenging! Seeing improvements, seeing my friends, and doing something for myself to release stress everyday feels good!

The community, both the coaches and the other members are the best!
